Stuffed Shells

I used to be the worst cook everโ€ฆ like I could burn water. This was the first thing that I ever properly learned how to make, and I even messed it up the first time; a mistake which I kept in the recipe because it tasted so good.

I am not a huge pasta person, so I only make this every once in a while, but it is so good and always leaves me feeling full.



1 lb Jumbo Shells

1  1/2 cups Ricotta Cheese             

1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

8 oz Block of Mozzarella (diced)

2 tbsp Water

1  1/2 cups Red Sauce

Preheat oven to 400ยบF

Cook pasta at a boil for 12 minutes

Drain pasta

Grease pan

Add water and 1/2 cup of sauce to bottom of the pan

Mix together ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella and 1/2 cup of sauce

Fill shells with mixture and arrange in pan (opening facing up)

Cover with remaining sauce

Bake for 30 minutes
